History and Geography
The area now known as Sugar Land was first given to Samuel M. Williams as a land grant from the Mexican government. He built what he referred to as the Oakland Plantation, which quickly became a hub for sugar refining after a friend returned from a trip to Cuba with stalks of fresh sugar cane and Williams realized the potential for the crop’s cultivation in Texas. In 1853, a pair of Texas-born prospectors purchased the land and christened it Sugar Land. The town was incorporated in 1959 and voted in a home-rule municipal government in 1981.
Sugar Land is located in Fort Bend County and is considered part of the greater Houston-Sugar Land-Baytown metropolitan area. Most visitors to Sugar Land fly into George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, which is located about 40 miles from Sugar Land’s town center.

AT&T service is poor at my house. He offered to provide my service record through T-Mobile which was his personal account. Seemed to execute though I haven't seen it yet. Not his fault. I suggest there was an option to mail me the service record if AT&T is unable to send email. Also not call came to em prior to arrival which I expected. Again no fault of his. I suggest that a pre-call be done before arrival.
Response from Davis Air Conditioning & Heating:
It is our policy that customers should be contacted prior to technician arrival. I will discuss this issue with our customer service department. Also, we can have a service record mailed to you. I will take care of this as well.
Thank you for the feedback.
