Davis Featured in ServiceTitan Success Story

Davis Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. has been part of the Houston-area community since 1971. Now ServiceTitan, the software platform used by more than 10,000 contractors, has taken notice. The company recently published a success story about how Davis is building for the future.

Three Generations, One Family Name

Don Davis founded the company in 1971. His son Bryan carried it forward, and today the third generation is at the helm. Jonathan Davis came home to the family business after building a career in accounting and finance. He wanted to keep the company in the family and turn it into a legacy for the next generation.

A Focus on Future-Proofing

When Jonathan joined, he set a clear goal: future-proof the company. That meant putting better tools in place so Davis could compete and operate proactively instead of reactively. Adopting ServiceTitan was a big part of that plan.

Results in the First Six Months

The numbers speak for themselves. In the first six months on ServiceTitan:

• Reviews answered increased 170%
• Average ticket increased 18%
• Average sale increased 48%

For Davis Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc., this means being more responsive to customers and getting better at what the company does every day.
