I had Trae from Davis AC come by my home to address an ongoing issue with my thermostat. Both of mine were reading close to 10 degrees off, and we had already tried swapping them for new units. Trae was kind and knowledgeable, and he was able to get a different brand of thermostat that he trusted to replace the two defective ones. He even took time to explain to me all the parts of my AC system, which was more complex than any I have had in the past. Finally, he walked me through the services he suggested a homeowner should do to ensure things operate problem-free going forward. Most importantly, Trae was on time, kind, respectful, and solution-oriented. All qualities you hope a serviceman has when they enter your house. We have been using Davis AC for almost 16 years. This company is awesome and has never let us down. We have had Jaylin as our Tech for over 2 years. Jaylin came out today to perform a furnace/heating check-up as part of my annual membership and did a great job. He arrived on time, was polite and friendly, and completed everything efficiently. He also took the time to explain a few helpful tips about my thermostats and sensors. The $99 annual fee includes two routine check-up visits - great value for peace of mind. We've been using Davis AC since 2021. They come out twice a year to make sure everything's running well and replace filters, and troubleshoot. They are very thorough, and troubleshooting is where they shine the most. And on top of all of that, they are very courteous and friendly. All I can say is don't hesitate to call them. Read Less
