Extremely happy with Davis AC’s Marquise!!!! He was so wonderful and understanding. I called Monday morning and by 3:00pm, Marquise was dispatched. My townhome was at 79 which the cause turned out to be a leak. By the time he left the house started to cool down. He was knowledgeable, professional and super swift with the game plan and resolution. Will recommend Marquise always! He was also kind enough to let my mother take his picture since she was observing what he was doing to help us! Read Less

family owned and operated for over 30 years. I can honestly say that from a personal experience in dealing with them myself, you will not be disappointed!! The tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He told me what I needed to know in order to fix my issues without having to replace the entire system. Davis AC is our choice of service provider for our HVAC maintenance. Their programs is excellent and we have been Gold member since 2012. It's a long time but it is worth to be part of the program. Despite being on a different job, working upside down inside an attic, Roberto took the time late at night to guide me step by step on how to get my heater running temporarily until the company could come out for the annual maintenance check. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my family’s comfort during extreme cold temperatures were truly remarkable. Roberto was not only quick to respond but incredibly patient and supportive, explaining the process clearly so we could have heat that night. Even though he was willing to come out personally, he prioritized helping us get the heater working right away so we could stay warm and comfortable. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, our family was able to sleep comfortably instead of enduring a freezing night. I have been using David A/C & Heat for 8 years now and have always been pleased with my service. They reach out to me to remind me when it’s time for maintenance service. They tell me if there is something that needs attention or might soon but I don’t feel like they are trying to upsell me.
