Davis Air Conditioning & Heating Reviews

After work yesterday I came home to find that my AC was not cooling my home. I contacted Davis AC directly to inform them about the situation. Keep in mind that this was after their normal business hours. I received a call back from one of the techs that informed me that they were currently working on a warranty job and that they had another home to respond to before mine. However, approximately 30 mins later I received a call from the same tech who informed me he would be at my home within an hour. He arrived as mentioned and assessed the outage and repaired the cooling system within 30 mins. Fast communication and top class service. Thank you David AC and your Technician!! It’s cool again!! I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I recently had a very positive experience after some initial frustration with a service issue. Carla made a real difference by taking the time to understand the history of our situation rather than treating it as a standard service request. She listened, reviewed the details, and ensured the issue was properly addressed. She arranged for a highly skilled technician who finally resolved the HVAC balancing problem correctly. The technician was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. I truly appreciate Carla’s attention and follow-through, which turned a frustrating situation into a resolved and positive outcome. Read Less

Very professional and respectful! Janson Vu was knowledgeable and provided recommendations to help make my system more efficient. Very happy with their service. While I hope to *not* need Davis AC, I’m thankful I’ve got them signed up for my inspections and service. Read Less

Brett did a great job with my A/C maintenance service. While he was running behind schedule, Davis A/C did a great job communicating the delay and explaining what caused it, which I really appreciated. Good communication makes a big difference. Once Brett arrived, he was professional, thorough, and did an excellent job with the maintenance. Overall, a very positive experience with both Brett and Davis A/C. Read Less
