I have had such great experiences with Davis AC & Heating. Recently they came to address an air flow and heating problem that I had, the first person that came identified some part of the problem and the system was working temporarily but when it stopped working 2 days later I called and they sent someone right away to further investigate and help fix the issue. Peyton was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He patiently listened to my concerns and explained what he had observed and what was needed to rectify the issue. Terrific service by Jaylin. He shared with me pictures of everything that was completed in our service. We discussed what needed to be addressed immediately to avoid the unit from breaking and what could be monitored and addressed as needed. Our compressor was not making any noise, and there was no airflow in the house. Called after hours and an appointment was scheduled for the following morning. Our technician Mr. Jermaine was extremely pleasant, and was a fantastic help in taking the time to educate me on cleaning tips that would help in prolonging the longevity of the unit. He also sent me information for selecting maintenance plans to assist me in maintaining the unit throughout the year. 10/10 would recommend Davis A/C as well as Mr. Jermaine for any issue that may arise.
