While he was running behind schedule, Davis A/C did a great job communicating the delay and explaining what caused it, which I really appreciated. Good communication makes a big difference. Davis AC was the company that originally installed the systems for our community when homes were being built. Haven't had issues with the system till now (nearly 5 years later). Had Patrick show up, super nice guy. He found the issue within an hour or so, explained and demonstrated the issue to me. He confirmed the manufacturers warranty and explained all the pricing and options. Ultimately he was transparent and honest with all the options and pricing with no pressure. He followed up with me when I called with a few questions a few days later. Came back out installed the new parts, and again no pressure to buy or do something I didn't need. I will definitely only use Davis AC in the future for any repair needs. Read Less
