Everyone at Davis AC that I encountered was helpful from the people that answer the phones to the technician. I was reminded of my appointment in advance and updated about my technician's arrival time 30 minutes beforehand. Our technicians; Jay is always pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Jay takes the time to answer any questions and educates about how to maintain our system. An AC going out during peak summertime can be a stressful situation. However, the entire process was smooth, efficient and first rate. From the first tech visit to subsequent followup informational calls with Marci(Hi Marci!!!). The installers were polite, diligent, and clean. They got my AC running a week ahead of schedule.
