While he was running behind schedule, Davis A/C did a great job communicating the delay and explaining what caused it, which I really appreciated. Good communication makes a big difference. For almost 2 yrs we had issues with air circulation in our home and several technicians check it out with no improvements however Kevin was able to resolve our issue.
