If there was an option for 10 stars, they’d get that. I’m in a new build that I have lived in for 9 months. My AC went out a few weeks ago and the builder sent their AC contracted company out, who was Deep Blue Comfort. Deep blue came out and did a quick bandaid job as it was late in the day and I just wanted it cool. After adding refrigerant, I was good to go. The tech stated they’d get me on the schedule within two weeks to formally address the problem. My AC went out two weeks later and I never heard from them. When I called, deep blue stated evaporator coil leak caused by homeowner negligence and I have to pay $2,500 to fix it. I called bullshit, and then called Davis AC. Carlos was my technician, and spent over 3.5 hours in my attic doing all sorts of testing, inspection, etc. he identified the problem as a leaking TXV joint, and sealed it up. He also noted defective installs from whoever actually installed the system. He was very patient and thorough on his explanation of his finding, and processes he used. Carlos is the true definitely of quality customer service. I’m so grateful to have him work on my system. Not only am I now a lifelong customer of Davis AC, I will be requesting Carlos for any services I may need in the future. Read Less
