We have been using Davis AC for almost 16 years. This company is awesome and has never let us down. We have had Jaylin as our Tech for over 2 years. When requesting any service or maintenance to be done, he is the Technician that we ALWAYS request! He is always on time, very knowledgeable (answers all my questions). Very neat and respectful! If there was an option for 10 stars, they’d get that. I’m in a new build that I have lived in for 9 months. My AC went out a few weeks ago and the builder sent their AC contracted company out, who was Deep Blue Comfort. Deep blue came out and did a quick bandaid job as it was late in the day and I just wanted it cool. After adding refrigerant, I was good to go. The tech stated they’d get me on the schedule within two weeks to formally address the problem. My AC went out two weeks later and I never heard from them. When I called, deep blue stated evaporator coil leak caused by homeowner negligence and I have to pay $2,500 to fix it. I called bullshit, and then called Davis AC. Carlos was my technician, and spent over 3.5 hours in my attic doing all sorts of testing, inspection, etc. he identified the problem as a leaking TXV joint, and sealed it up. He also noted defective installs from whoever actually installed the system. He was very patient and thorough on his explanation of his finding, and processes he used. Carlos is the true definitely of quality customer service. I’m so grateful to have him work on my system. Not only am I now a lifelong customer of Davis AC, I will be requesting Carlos for any services I may need in the future. Read Less

Calm, cool, collected, quality team! Their services came packaged in with the first year of our Newmark new construction home. The serviceman went above and beyond and noticed scratches on our AC ducts, as well as raccoon feces, and pointed them all out to us. I can’t imagine the damage had he not noticed and called it out in time. We pointed out the high humidity in our home to a second serviceman, who found the settings were improper in our new construction (pulling in too much outside air), and he fixed that and explained the process to us. A/C running but not cooling. Called Davis and they got me on the schedule for the same day and arrived before noon. Very friendly technician and quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue quickly. Checked the system to ensure all else was good. Found no other issues. Trustworthy company.
